A study on the phenomenological of caregivers about the work adaption process

Abstract

|
The study is focused on proving practically how the servers, engaging in the institute where needy elders live and require long-term service due to chronic diseases, adapt in the work place. There are 6 caregivers who participated in the study who worked in the institute for more than a year. Four sections are categorized made of 19 sub-categories constituted by 58 subjects collected by significant caregivers answers. Four categories are initial work assimilation, work problem, compensation and accomplishment, policy improvement and social need. The purpose of this study is giving basic data for improving life quality of elders and ultimately help for better service of caregivers by understanding the actual problems in the phenomenon of work adaption process of them based on the research.
